Tone & Voice
OrbitX speaks like a founder who has seen the problem firsthand — direct, empathetic, and proof-backed.
Brand Personality
Empathetic
We acknowledge the pain before offering the solution. We say "we see this every day" because we mean it.
Direct
No fluff. Short sentences. We say what we mean and get to the point fast — especially in the first line.
Confident
"We have solved this." Not "we're working on it." We speak with conviction about what OrbitX does.
Proof-backed
Specific numbers always beat vague claims. $20M+, 80+ countries, 7–8% FX loss — real data builds trust.
Human
We're not a bank. We talk like a person — conversational questions, warm closings, no corporate jargon.
Action-oriented
Every piece of content ends with a clear next step — DM, demo, visit. We always invite the next move.
Writing Principles
01
Lead with the problem
Open with the pain point, the dollar lost, or the frustrating moment. The solution lands harder when the reader already feels the problem.
02
Use real numbers
Replace "significant fees" with "7–8% of your payment". Replace "many countries" with "80+ countries". Precision earns credibility.
03
Say "we" not "OrbitX"
We speak as a team, not a product. "We built this" feels closer than "OrbitX has developed a solution".
04
Never blame the user
"Not because your business isn't legitimate — but because the system strips your identity." Always frame the problem as systemic, not personal.
05
Short sentences win
Especially for hooks and CTAs. "The money arrived. But not with your name." hits harder than a run-on sentence.
Do / Don't
Write like this
"By the time your payment lands, 7–8% is already gone."
"We see this every day."
"At OrbitX, we've solved this."
"DM us or reach out for a demo."
"$20M+ processed. 80+ countries."
Not like this
"Significant fees may impact your revenue."
"Our platform leverages cutting-edge technology."
"OrbitX is proud to announce a new solution."
"Please contact our support team for assistance."
"We operate in many countries worldwide."

Post Structure
1
Hook
— 1 sentence, make them stop scrolling
"Your Stripe payout arrives. But before it settles, nearly 5–8% is already gone."
2
Problem
— specific, with numbers
"For companies in Mexico, revenue comes in USD — but the moment payout hits a local account, a huge margin is already gone on FX spreads."
3
Empathy
— don't blame, acknowledge
"We see this every day. SaaS teams growing fast, yet losing margin at the payout step."
4
Solution
— bold, confident, brief
"We built Borderless Banking. Hold your payments in USD, avoid unnecessary conversions, move money on your terms."
5
CTA
— one clear action
"DM us or reach out for a demo." / "Visit orbitxpay.com to learn more."
